As a visitor, you do not need to provide any personal information in order to use our website. Our website only collects personal data that is voluntarily provided by the visitor. How does Strömberg handle personal data via e-mail?
In the first instance, we set up SFTP for each customer who has personal data to be transferred to Strömberg.
For those customers who do not have the opportunity to use SFTP, we have a solution that means that personal data via a password-protected link, can be provided and retrieved inside our protected IT environment.
Several customers use password-protected Secured Mail for the transfer of personal data to Strömberg.
For security reasons, Strömberg does not want to handle personal data via unencrypted emails, Dropbox or the like.
Children’s integrity
Strömberg protects personal integrity. Strömberg does not receive and process personal data on children under 16 years of age.

The processing of your personal data may also take place in order for us to be able to fulfill obligations in accordance with law and regulations, for example current accounting.

As PuB, Strömberg is responsible for processing and thinning out personal data from PuA in accordance with the current Personal Data Assistant Agreement and written instructions from PuA. To ensure this handling, Strömberg has a combination of automatic and manual regulations and routines in its products and processes, which follow each customer’s wishes for thinning.
If and when personal data is processed, Strömberg undertakes that the personal data is not retained for longer than is necessary with regard to the purposes of the processing.

Does Strömberg have a Data Protection Officer (DPO)?
Strömberg mostly handles personal data in his capacity as PuB and in the form of name, address and e-mail, ie rarely sensitive personal data. The assessment at present is therefore that Strömberg does not need its own DPO. However, we have an internal Data Protection Representative, with the support of an external data protection lawyer.
